Meet the Founder
Anna Grzywa
With an MA in Marketing & Management and over fifteen years of experience in marketing and product development, Anna has worked for contract manufacturers, beauty brands, retailers, and distributors across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia. She possesses the expertise required to create a product from scratch. Before founding APG Lab Group, Anna held various positions, including Product Development & Marketing Director at Asquan Group, Senior Product Development Manager at Concept4 Group, and Global Product Manager at Oriflame. She is also a co-founder of Bare Beauty Group, a product development studio with a primary focus on beauty tools.
Her extensive experience involves frequent trips to China to source factories and establish long-term relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. Anna has gained knowledge of production processes for various products, such as paper and textiles, beauty tools, kitchenware, and primary packaging tooling processes.
Anna particularly enjoys creating brushes and has crafted them for renowned brands such as Oriflame, Avon, Huda Beauty, Topshop, BY TERRY, and INSKIN COSMEDICS. Her experience of living in many countries, including Poland, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the UAE, has provided her with an understanding of different cultures and market needs. This experience, in turn, significantly benefits APG LAB partners and clients.
